Drug abuse is a serious problem. Many lives have been destroyed by the
abuse of legal and blackmarket drugs. Drug prohibition has only
compounded the problem. This is a private, medical and possibly
spiritual issue. The only role of political government is to bring to
justice people who harm others because of irresponsible drug abuse.
